Service
Mow front & back grass areas with professional mowers. Line edge and trim around beds, fences, trees, AC, & areas not accessible with mower. Blow clean.

Communication
Although we prefer to receive request from this site which is constantly monitored you may also call us at any time. Please leave your full name, phone number, and address of property to be serviced.

Mow Day & Time
We work Monday thru Friday. You will be assigned a specific mow day & one of our top priorities is to make the mow day; however the hour of the day varies and can change just about the time you think they will be coming a certain hour. Our crews sometimes work until 7PM, so if your yard is not mowed by 5PM, do not worry.

Holidays
We work most holidays that fall on Monday through Friday, but if you want us to skip until the next scheduled mow, just give us a call or email the day before. The day of the scheduled service is not sufficient to skip the service and is subject to billing. Our service season begins mid- March through early- October.

Payment
You will be conveniently charged to your Debit Or Credit Card the next business day after each visit with continued service until you cancel. We are happy to print & send you an accounting review upon your request.

Declined Card Procedures
We understand that cards are lost, changed, stolen, and sometimes are declined due to low funds. However, we will attempt the charge a final time the day before your next scheduled mow. If the charge does not process, we will call to cancel your upcoming mow. If you respond quickly with another card, we will promptly put you back on the schedule with no additional fees.

Damage
If your underground sprinkler system is installed properly with the risers properly rising and retracting, mowing will not damage your sprinkler. However, few installations meet that criteria, and occasionally a sprinkler head suffers damage. In this case, we will repair or replace the head. If there are too many potential problems, we may ask you to have a sprinkler company readjust the heads. Drain caps, termite caps, and sprinkler station caps are occasionally damaged. We shall not accept responsibility for landscaping lamps, fixtures or utilities with exposed wiring that may suffer damage.

Items In The Grass
Please remove any toys, hoses, lawn ornaments, etc from your yard prior to our visit to avoid additional clean up charges. Large items such as Trampolines, swings, etc. will be moved so that the grass can be accessed to mow unless items are deemed unsafe for our workers or for the well being of the item. In such case we will alert you of why the item could not be moved.

Size of lot
We charge by gross square footage of your lot before any improvements. Our $25 weekly rate is based on a standard inside lot size less than 12,000 total square feet. If your lot is between 12,000 sq. ft. & 16,000, add $5. Please call for a quote if your lot is over 16,000 ft. If you have Multi Levels, Steep areas, or not a typical flat normal lot with good access, email us for a quote. Be aware that our quotes are estimates based on the best of our ability to quote before the work has been performed.

Complaints
If our work is not pleasing to you please call our email our office within 24 hours of the service. If you do not notify us in 24 hrs. we consider the work satisfactory and make the charge to your card for payment.

Rain
We try to service all clients in our routes unless it is extremely wet, in which case, we push the balance of the weeks schedule 1 day, utilizing Saturday to catch up. This is a strict scheduled service, and we rely on you to call to skip if you think it is too wet to mow. Remember, if you skip, the mow will not be re-scheduled.

Changes
It is necessary for your changes to be made the day before your mow day to be an effective skip with no charges occurring.

Weeds
Cleaning out your flower beds is not a part of the mowing service.

Bi-Weekly
Bi-weekly mowing schedules are available for an additional $5 per visit. Please be advised that most yards will not look their best (in season) with less than weekly service, and our guarantee to re-do is limited on bi-weekly accounts. If your grass is healthy, we mow up to 2 inches off the top. We recommend weekly visits during fast growing time of the year for the best manicured lawn. .

Gates & Pets
If you lock your gate, it must have a combination lock for us to service your property. Our crews are very careful about locking and closing gates, but we can not guarantee that a pet will not escape, and in the event can not assume responsibility for your pet. Please house or kennel your pet before our arrival. If your gate does not have a combination lock it is your responsibility to make sure the gate is unlocked on your service day.

Skips
Weekly customers may elect 2 skips per season. This option is not available for Bi-weekly or full service customers. Skipping a service does not alter the original schedule. We must know before 5PM the previous day & before Sunday morning for Monday customers. .

Pools
There is no deduction if you build a pool and decrease the size of your yard. Serving a home with a pool actually creates more edging, & line trimming.

Cancellations
There is no obligation on either party to begin or continue service. If you cancel before the 6 trip minimum is fulfilled, a $25 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations must have a 24 hour notice during business hours.
